TAI CHI CHUAN

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is a sophisticated means of self-defense through the manipulation of one's internal energy. Due to its softer approach to building health, it has become one of modern societies more popular exercises. People from all walks of life, whether they be currently physically fit or not, can enjoy all the health benefits derived from this form of martial art.

We offer a comprehensive and diverse Tai Chi program. Students have an opportunity of learning both empty hand and weapon forms.
