Personal training is a one-on-one service that allows for individualized fitness programs. Through personal training you will learn how to properly use equipment, learn good form and learn proper breathing techniques in order to prevent injuries. One-on-One Personal Training

This program provides you with the motivation, education, support, guidance, and personalized individual instruction required to achieve your fitness goals. I will design a customized exercise program for you that reflects your specific objectives, fitness level, and experience.

Group Personal Training

This program provides you and a partner with the motivation, education, support, guidance, and personalized instruction required to achieve both of your fitness goals. I will design a customized exercise program for you and your partner that reflects both of your specific objectives, fitness level, and experience.  You can have up to 2 partners train with you at a session.  This can be a great way for you and your family to spend quality time together.

Teen Training

In order to get your teen to get in shape it has to be fun. Teens aren't likely to exercise just because you told them it was good for them. With this program and your support, you can put your teen on the path to better health and fitness that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

Anti-Aging Training

This program teaches you how to begin new behaviors that will increase your ability to function at a high level for the rest of your life. You can have more energy, stronger bones and muscles, healthier hearts and lungs and a more alert mind by making the right lifestyle choices. You can live freer of aches and pains simply by adding exercise and fitness to your life.

Sport Specific Training

Do you want improvement in your game? This program focuses on strengthening and improving sport specific movements. I incorporate many aspects of training -- including strength, plyometrics, cardio, interval and circuit training. This program is perfect for the competitive high school athlete as well as the weekend warrior.  I specialize in Combat sports conditioning.

Fitness & Health Assessments

Fitness assessments include but are not limited to resting heart rate, blood pressure, percent body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility testing.

Fundraising with Fitness to Raise Money

Here is the easiest way for your non-profit or community group to raise funds. Sell gift certificates for personal training and wellness packages at Neighborhood Fitness. There are three packages: Introduction To Exercise; Executive Wellness, and a Weight Loss package. Each package consists of a fitness and wellness assessment and 3 personal training sessions.
